Q- How much is shipping?

We Offer Free Shipping On All Orders!

Q- How long does shipping takes?
A- 
US orders takes between 5 and 7 days to arrive at their destination. 
B- International delivery usually takes between 7 business days. 

Q- Where is my order?
A- 
You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you via email.
Most orders worldwide will be received within 1 weeks of placing your order, depending on the destination. If ordering a custom order specially made for you, a delivery date will be mentioned on the order confirmation sent to your email.

Q- What is my tracking number?
A: 
This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 5 days after placing your order by contacting support.

Q - I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
A:
 Simply contact us at info@thibaultvanrenne.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your confirmation number.

Q- How can I make changes to my order?
A- 
If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Q- How can I cancel my order? 

A- You must contact us within 12 hours.
    -We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.  

Q - What is your return policy?

 Items are returnable up to 30 days after purchase.

Shipping time:

  • All US orders takes between 5 to 7 days to arrive at their destination. Some particular products might take up to 20 days to arrive due to high demand.
  • Any other international delivery usually takes about 7 business days. 

Also note: We may ship orders with multiple products separately to ensure you get your products as soon as possible.

  • All your orders have a 30 day money back guarantee!
  • Sometimes your orders can get lost/damaged in their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge; Just contact our support team at  info@thibaultvanrenne.com and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible!

Please, *Note that we may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged product before shipping the replacement.

Important Remarks

  • Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are given for items lost while shipping.
  • Replacements are sent up to 7 days after receiving your item.

Tracking your order:

To track your order, we will send you all the tracking information to your e-mail.

Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.
